Post import steps of BPC add-on and SP import

Hi,

I've just imported BPC Add-On component and SP's(SAP BusinessObjects Planning and Consolidation 7.5 for Netweaver) into our BW system and need to perform a post import step as the installation note 1398026 -

Delivery Customizing is imported into client 000 and may have to

be copied to other clients. For more information, see Note

337623.

I'm having problems understanding exactly what it is I need to do can someone help? I'm sure I've had to do this before but can't remember the details or it being this complicated!

Hi Sunny,

Thats what I was hoping someone would confirm. It does say 'may' have to not that you have to, not very clear! We have lots of config in the dev client so I wouldn't want to do a client copy.

I have recently upgraded one of my BPC server and I just did update add-on. everything is working fine.

Dear Chris,

I've already a installation like your scenario, however, I did nothing special about this note 337623.

I've understood that doesn't have a customizing setup for new client.

In my case I've installed BI system, copoy client 00 for XXX , activated the RSA1 ( it's very important ) and I 've install the BPC ADD ON.
