Confirmation Deletion...

Hi,

we are facing an issue while deleting confirmation from portal screen of SRM 7.0,

after deleting it is giving error message ' User Not Authorized for the Action '.

what roles are required to delete the confirmation from portal ?

Experts please help..

Could you try giving role SAP_BBP_STAL_RECIPIENT to user.

Even I have tried to check the integration of the employee and position and everything works fine ,All green

Try to trace the missing authorisation via ST01 transaction.

Any user can delete confirmation for a PO created by her/him with normal employee role. You may try using /sapsrm/op_purchaser role.

But before this, do a consistency check for your user. See what is missing.

Thanks for the reply, the user has roles and we checked the consistency also everything is perfect,

still getting the error message ' User Not Authorized for the Action ' while deleting the confirmation.

Hi,

Go to Tcode BBP_BP_OM_INTEGRATE and do a consistency check at 'position' level for this user and not at 'user' level.

Are the profiles generated for the role? Everything in green?
