Rejection code automatic in ECC order when qty is not confirmed in APO

Hi

We are using APO in our system

Can any one tell me how to set the rejecion code automatically when the order item is not confirmed in the APO

ECC: If a material has confirmed quantity = 0, position will not rejected automatically -> requirement in APO exist .

Hi ,

We have similar scenario. There are some enhancement done in APO and ECC side

APO enhancements:

we have done enhancement in include LATPCFA5 and form AVAILABILITY_CHECK_APO which sets the reason code if the confirmed Qty is zero or less than ordered Qty. This reason code is returned to ECC.

ECC enhancements

There is enhancement in sales order save user exit (MV45AFZZ ). This will read the reason code send by APO and based on that Rejection reason will be applied to the sales order line item. There is customized Rejection reason code.
