ORACLE 9.2.0.7.0 error when offline backup starting

Hi all!

Tell me please how to solve this problem?

My offline backup sheduled in 11:50 pm. from11:59:29 to 11:59:35 pm i have errors in db16:

This errors are not the first time. Error occurred in previous times the same

Offline backup performed without errors.

In backup profile defined "offline_force"

An operating system or maybe hardware problem, probably

Check operating system log files for more information.

Check whether operating system configuration and patch level meet SAP's recommendations.

Its a very generic error and Cause can be any of the below including hardware faults

High volume user transactions

Software bugs (i.e. Bug 4098853). See note 342443.1 on MOSC.

Too-small RAM regions (shared_pool_size, java pool, large_pool_size), and a too-small application memory stack (e.g. PL/SQL array too small)

Too small undo and temp segments

Hello

The ORA-7445 [Address not mapped to object] is mentioned at the bottom of the note 335562 already provided in this thread. Usually a resource issue on the OS side...Check Memory, etc
