condition record found but has not been set

Dear All,

I maintained condition record for one Paricular condition type from peroid 13/5/2011 to 99999.While creating sales order this particular condition type is not appearing. In Condition analysis I found (for the same con type) condition record found But it has not been set..Rare cases I am getting this issue .

will It work If I put exclusive option in Acess seq

If any Routine in Req. Column is assigned for this Condition Type in the Pricing Procedure kindly check the Logic as how this Condition type works.

You can also re-determine Pricing at Sales Order as sometimes system do not determine the Pricing on the basis of Dates.

hi,

This situation would mostly happen if you have set the condition record after teh document is created .Try doing a repricing.Check in the condition type's Prcing Date , ie the on which date the price is based like pricing date, billing date , creation date or service rendered date. Compare tat date in your document with condition record period and check if it falls with in that period.
