How to set color printing for PDF forms

Hi All,

We have done several output forms in our project.

based on the customer correspondence they are supposed to be printed or emailed.

for the ones to be printed we could see the PDF in color format in Spool, but when printed it always printed in black & white unless the printer print options are changed in the print properties.

Based on the below link we haveenabled the parameter color printer for the output device in Output attributes tab. but still it prints in black & white only.

We are using RICHO printer & SAP CRM 7.0.

You help in this regard is well appriciated.

Hi, Did you got the answer how to get the color prints plz let me know. we are also facing same problem

Hi Areef,

We found there is a issue with the RICOH printers and their corresponding files for XDA.

Then we tested the same scenario in HP Printer its working fine, the client got new printer for us.
