SAP GRC ERM - Job Activity Sync: Abort

Dear all,

When I run the Initial Synchronization Background Jobs in SAP GRC ERM, especially Activity Sync, this job takes several days and finally it abort. I wait until the others jobs have completed before I start Activity Sync, but it never complete.

Hi,

It is probably because of the sequence of the jobs that you have followed. Reschedule the jobs in the following sequenceÆ

1. Org Value Sync: Synchronizes the organizational values in Enterprise Role

2 Transaction/Object/Field Sync: Synchronizes the Transaction, Object, and Field values

3. Activity Sync: Synchronizes Activity field values

This should resolve the issue.

Thanks for your suggestion!

I have followed this sequence of the jobs and the Activity Sync always aborts.

I wait until each job has completed before scheduling the next job and I know that only ONE JOB is scheduled to run at a time, but Activity Sync takes several days and finally abort!

I use SAP GRC AC 5.3. Support Package 16

Any other suggestions?
