EAR Deployment Error

Hi Group,

When I am trying to EAR file from NWDS to J2ee server I am getting the below error,can any body help me in this regard.

Deploy Exception.An error occurred while deploying the deployment item 'sap.com_POC_EAR'.; nested exception is:

* com.sap.engine.services.dc.gd.DeliveryException: [ERROR CODE DPL.DC.3298] An error occurred during deployment of sap.com_POC_EAR. Cannot deploy it. [ERROR: 05-Jul-2011 13:37:54 /userOut/daView_category (eclipse.UserOutLocation) [Thread[Deploy Thread,5,main]] ]*

i got similar messages when deploying Dynamic Web Application to NW 7.31 Java WAS  by using  NWDS 7.31 

Deploy Exception.ASJ.dpl_dc.001085 Operation [deploy] of [sap.com_SvoUiPiEar] failed [ERROR: 4/6/15 3:05 PM /userOut/daView_category (eclipse.UserOutLocation) Thread[Deploy Thread,5,main]]
