without exceeding the credit limit sales order is blocked for credit check.

Dear Experts,

In my production server as well as quality server sales order is blocked for dynamic credit check.But the fact is that the credit limit is not exceeded.only 18% of the credit limit is used by the cutomer.The same problem is there in quality server also.

check weather oldest open items might be checked for that and check days oldest item.

oldest open item is not checked in the automatic credit control.days is zero.

Dear BJT737,

Please let us know whats the error message of blocking.

Whether its due to credit limit or oldest open items.

We get seperate messages for both the above checks.

Please update with the error message.

error message.Dynamic credit limit exceeded.This is what we get as error message.Then we have to go to vkm3 and release the order for credit block.

you may require to execute following program to correct the credit infostructure,

please execute the RV....77 and RV ,,,,88 progrm to correct the same.

Dear Biju,

Check whether the customer code has exceeded credit limit in any other credit control area.

Run the following programs.

RVKRED77 , RVKRED88 , F.28

After credit re-organisation, please check again and revert back.

Also would like to ask you whether you have made any recent changes in the credit master data [FD32].

Hi,

Is it for a particular sales order ? If it so, please check whether any critical fields are changed.

Also check the horizon period of the customer.
