Hi,

Note 750287 is a key step towards getting a resolution to this problem. Be sure to use the ICM HTTP port as the Note mentions. The J2EE HTTP port is typically in the parameter 'com.sap.aii.rwb.server.centralmonitoring.httpport'.

It may also help to set the profile parameter 'icm/host_name_full' to the fqhn. Also, confirm that the XIRWBUSER is not locked.

If it doesnt work, implement note 840849. Your problem should be solved.

Hi Abhy

Thansk so much for the reply , I checked the httpport paramter for RWB and bot the notes. When i run the xansaction alrtinf from Xi backend I am able to login but it fails saying that the domainname.com is not defined properly .

Also when logging in thro RWB it throws a authorisation error. I am unable to get whether its a authorisation problem or a domain problen , since in exchange profile we have defined only <hostname> and not <hostname.domain.com>

Any pointers on this is highly appreciated
