lock project against further changes

Hello

I am copying a project from one Solution Manager to another. For the time of the migration I would like to lock down (dont allow further changes like adding/changing documents via SOLAR01) the Project in the old Solution Manager System. By doing that the old Project should still readable but not changeable and the status of the Project is not beeing changed.

Does anyone knows a easy way to do this without changing user roles?

Hi,

GO to solar_project_admin t-code and there you can lock Structure. change document and admin tab under Scope button.

Set the status of your project to Finished on the General tab in SOLAR_PROJECT_ADMIN. That should stop people from uploading any documents. I recall that you used to not be able to set it back to In Process, but I just tested it in SP23 and I could change it back.
