SAP testing portal is always out of work.

Hi experts,

We are in the process of testing via Citrix, but it is always out of work when access to SAP portal and key in transaction code and select account for testing...so that I have to terminate it and log into SAP again and again. I am crazy due to I can not finish testing sucessfully. What's the matter with our testing environment? Does it relate to internet?

Hi,

For example, when I create shopping cart, suddenly the mouse can not move, I can not close the window unless terminate tasks from Citrix icon.

But we don't log on SAP testing environment through Citrix, and have no problem now.
