User ID not getting deleted from Child system

User ID getting deleted from CUA system but not every from child system saying

1. HR infotype 0105could not be deleted fro user XXXX

2. There is no address data for user XXXX

3. Error occured in address mgmt

Kindly guide.

1. Check IT0105 - is it maintained for the user against their personnel number?

2. Maintain a company address for the user and try again.

3. Should be fixed by 2.

IT0105 = HR infotype 0105

Speak to your HR team about unlinking the SAP userID from the personnel number

Hi,

This error occurs, if the user details are still active in the HR system. To resolve the issue, please refer to the below SAP notes:

Note 809170 - "Error in address management" during deletion of a user

Note 704088 - SU01: Missing HR authorization when you delete a user

Please check the report Z_OSSNOTE_499997 in note 809170 which has fixed the similar inconsistencies.
