Test connection in RWD uPerform Client - "no access to any resources"

Hello,

After install RWD uPerform 4.3 and apply patch 4.31 in my Win Server 2008, when i try execute a test connection from my uPerform Client i receive the error message:

"You do note have access to any resources on the server. Please contact your administrator for assistance"

I´m trying connect with user admin, password admin, this same user i use to logon on Server with sucess.

I see that admin user have access to roles:

-uPerform Glossary Administrators

-uPerform Publishing Administrators

-uPerform System Administrators

I try create another user, but the same error appear.

The problem was solved creating a project and assigning it to the user.

Hi Kris,

Sorry to ask such a dumb question.

I need to load Client Software 4.3 on my machine. Which is the executable file that when I double click, starts loading on its own.

I have the following files in folder "51039413"

1. Help_Launch_Pad ( folder)

2. CDLABLE.ASC

3. CDLABLE.EBC

4. COPY_TM.HTML

5. COPY_TM.TXT

6. LABLE.ASC

7. LABLE.EBC

8. MD5FILE

9. RWD_UPERFORM_CLIENT_4.30.0.21.SDA

10. RWD_UPERFORM_SERVER_4.30.0.21.SDA

11. SHAFILE

12. VERSION.ASC

13. VERSION.EBC

OR if how do I load the client software? Is there any thing else that I need to load first?

Please explain in detail.

Hi Vijay,

Can you please rename the .sda file to be .zip ?

You will be able to install RWD software after extracting the files.

4.31 has just been released. 4.32 is not available yet.

In this note the reference conducts to an error "Error - download expired"

and

"Sorry, the file you want to download already expired or the id is incorrect."

Where I can download the 4.31 path?

Hi Pavel,

That note just pointed towards a temporary container until Ancile uploaded the patch to SMP.

You can now access both 4.31 and 4.32 on the SMP.

You will need to go through Support Packages and Patches for this instead of Installations and Upgrades.
