Hello, I'm following this guide "Installation and Upgrade Guide SAP® NetWeaver Portal, Enterprise Workspaces 1.0 SP02" in order to install it (Enterprise Workspaces), but in page 10 I get this ...

Procedure

1. Navigate to

http://service.sap.com/swdc OK

-> Support Packages and Patches OK

-> Browse our Download Catalog OK

-> SAP NetWeaver and complementary products OK

-> SAP NW ENTERP. WORKSPACES <-- I CAN`T FOUND THIS LINK

-> SAP NW ENTERP. WORKSPACES 1.0 ->Comprised Software Component Versions.

Is there anyone who can help me? How can I get it?

Hi Santiago,

It could be that your SUser ID doesn't have permission to navigate and download the content under

SAP NetWeaver and complementary products --> SAP NW ENTERP. WORKSPACES --> SAP NW ENTERP. WORKSPACES 1.0.

Please contact your Super User / Customer SPOC for obtaining permission/authorization for your UserID to download the content.
