Dear all,
has someone of you experience with TREX for SPL. I just talking to my SAP Basis consultant. And he wants to know if it is necessary/recommend to install an new server for TREX or if it is possible to run it together with GTS on the same system.

Use it separately. A1, B1 and simulations runs better and faster. Indexing and delta files runs faster.
Hi ,
Have recently implemented GTS SPL + TREX combination.
It is not mandatory to install TREX on a new server. Based on the availability model that you want to use ,you can use existing hardware for the same.
