User ID and process chain

Hey Experts,

I have a user ID (USER NAME), and I want to know , respective process chain defined by that ID.

How to get that !! please help

Hi,

I am assuming you want to know who created/last changed a particular Process Chain? If that is the case, please use the table RSPCVARIANTATTR in APO. It should give you the details required.

On the other hand, if you have an ID and want to know the process chains that person has executed, then use the SM37 transaction in APO.

Give the following values:

Job Name : BI_PROCESS_*

User Name: <User ID>

This should give you the Process Chains executed by the user. The Logs should give you the exact Process Chain name.
