ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [ksb_shut_detached_process3]

Hello,

We are having the issue with Database. While stopping the database error occurring like : "ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [ksb_shut_detached_process3], [QMNC], [150], [], [], [], [], []" in alert_<SID>.log

Database version: 10.2.0.5.0

SAP version: R/3 release 4.6C

Error:

Have you applied SBP SAP Bundle Patches after PSU. Usually SBP's should resolve the Oracle patch issue.

As Sunny suggested, please run the automated parameter recommendations check attached to the SAP note: 1171650.

Ensure you address all the parameters (Ok, Check why set etc...)

Hi,

Please make sure you have set all fix_control parameter in the database. Same you can check from SAP note 830576 for oracle 10g.
