client not allowed to chage in z program

Dear gurus,

System showing massage SAP System is not the original system of the object being edited .

when we are going to cahnge in existing z program through se38

Hi,

Mostly, the development system is the original system and owns the object in question. You should not change the object in any other system but the development system.

Please go back to the dev system and change the object there and transport to the new system.

Any issues with doing that?
