Dear Expert

In my business scenarios, without sales order and delivery, Need to be create Billing directly.

actually this is garments industry. They are selling the cloths in show rooms. In show rooms they don't want enter sales order and delivery and all. only billing they need.

How we can create billing directly

Hi,

how the taxes are included or it is without tax, as it is selling the cloths in show rooms so different show room may have the different customer codes how you will segratgate the billing details with requirement tracibility it is better to create the SO delivery and billing.

Hi Velayutham,

The Cash Sale Process will be more appropriate for your scenario.

In cash sale the customer places the sales order and picks up and pays for the goods at the same time. Once the

sales order is saved, the system then creates a delivery automatically and prints out a cash sale invoice(created via Output determination) that can be given to the Customer.

Goods issue and billing can be processed through Batch jobs.

For this scenario Create sales order and invoice with reference to order

To create invoice immediately set background job in VF06

Hi,

The standard process require a sales order or delivery to create a billing, unless create a development.

For this scenario I suggest to use a Rush Order, this is a standard process where delivery is automatically created and billing is related to the delivery. The billing also could be created in collective processing for example at the end of day.
