Thanks & Regards,

hi phanikumar99
Check in transaction SM37 if the job SM:EXEC SERVICES is running successfully. Check the job log for Monday or the day you selected to run the EWAs and see if you can find any evidence that the sessions were really performed or not performed.
Please also let us know what is the status of your EWA reports in transaction DSWP.
Thanks and regards,
Daniel.

Hello,
When you say you are not gettng the EWA reports, there should be some status because the EWA will start of scheduled.
Then the day will come for it to process. Is the data available from the managed system? If so the EWA should process
when SM:EXEC SERVICES runs.
So you need to check the icon in DSWP first. Is it a red flag? Is it a Grey Diamond. These have meaning, butr no EWA will be generated. You will want to look at the managed system in SDCCN and check the logs for any errors. If you find them do a note search to resolve.
Sometimes the jobs are no longer scheduled...this is a BDL/Task_processor problem.
Since it was working, we can assume the RFC is working, unly you dis not use a type Service user for the RFC user.
If you user a Dialog user, the password can age and lock. Then no data will be sent back to Solman.
You want to check the job log for SM:EXEC SERVICES look for any references to unable to process session or ABAP dumps/ ST22 references. Theere may be a dump preventing processing to complete.
If this is for all EWA reports, then teh issue would most likely be a problem witht eh job that processes them; SM:EXEC SERVICES.
If it is for one or two, then it could be outdated service content in the session, or problems on the managed system.
All I can do is give generalarities, because you have no provided any specifics, and mentioend nothing you have already checked.
So I would approach it as above.
Regards,
Paul

Hi Phani,
Please check the Service sessions are running or not from SAP Solution Manager -> DSWP .
If not , Please trigger them manually. Check jobs related to EWA sessions are running fine in SAP Solution Manager,
Moreover , You can also check in SDCCN if the service session is running or not in your satellite system.
Hope this will give you fair idea where exactly the problem is...
Thanks,
Jagadish.
