How to find the owner of checked-out record?

Hi Suresh,

If the record is in a workflow we can check the same using Admin login or the owner of the workflow can.Also,workflow history can tell us these details.

Hi,

I completely agree with Ravi.

If you are using MDM 7.1 you can see the Job ID of that record on the right in MDM

Login as Admin in MDM and search for the job ID to find the owner of the record

In our scenario, we are using BPM instead of MDM workflows.

BPM process performs check-in / check-out and rollback operations.

You can goto Manage Tasks in NWA to see the user.
