Manual ceation of PDS

Hi ,

I am trying to create PDS manually by using BAPI -BAPI_PDSSRVAPS_SAVEMULTI . After creation when i go and display the PDS

OUTPUT component is not appearing under component table. but while creation i maintained header product as "output" component and consumtion "E" end of that activity.

But only INPUT components are appearing not output component. whther i am missing anything

Hi,

Have you maintained the operation and activity details while creating PDS.

Have you maintained the Material consumption and resource Consumption for the Out put material.

Hi ,

Yes i have maintained operation & activity.

For output component i have maintained "O" output material indicator , consumtion indication -"E" end of activity,

CONSUMPTION_TYPE - "E" Consumption at end of activity

COMPONENT_INDICATOR - "O" ouptu material

CONS_FIX-- Material Consumption (Fixed)

above three setting i maintained. but INPUT components are appearing properly

i am not sure what its resource consumption? where i need to maintain

To produce out put qty ( ex 14400 EA ) you require a res cons of 86400 S.

Res cons have you specified in PDS_MODE.

Mat cons have you specified in PDS_COMP.

HI

i have mainitained

PDS_COMPONENT , ( Component consumtion qty , unit)

PDS_OPERATION,

PDS_MODE, ( resource & consumtion qty , unit)

PDS_CAPACITY_REQUIREMENT ( resource & consumtion qty , unit)

Everything comes as expected except OUTPUT component
