Profile Error in Deployment of New Application Server/Dialog Instance

Hi All,

We are deploying a new application/dialog instance server but it is giving us the error:

at step : Installing Instance Basics.

Our Environment:

SAP ECC 6.0

1 DB SERVER & 1 APPLICATION SERVER (If we successfully deploy this one, then there will be 2 APP Servers).

Hi,

I think you are trying to install app server in MSCS environment, if this is the case then check SAP note 1282975.

hi all,

the installation successfully completed and PRDAPP2 is is showing in SM51.

I just have to configure the following parameter(rdisp/bufrefmode) in the Default Profile on PRD_DB server because this parameter changed from sendoff to sendon after installation. if there is required any other configuration on PRDAPP1, PRDAPP2 and PRDDB server then please tell me.

I am getting following error during the login on PRDAPP2.

Partner 'IP': sapdp00' not reached
WSAECONNREFUSED: Connection refused

Dear All,

now I am able to login in PRDAPP2 but getting following error when i import a transport request via STMS.

Attaching to DB Server PRD (con_hdl=0,svchp=0000000004170948,srvhp=0000000004172D18

   OCIServerAttach(OCI_DEFAULT) failed with SQL error 12518:
   ORA-12518: TNS:listener could not hand off client connection

It seems network issue between these two server. Check the comminication between two server.

Kindly go thru the sap Note 849791 - SAP NetWeaver 2004s High Availability (MSCS) on Windows (seach the error MOS-01011)
