requirement

hi all,

here i ahve an issue in 3.1i system, when i am creating an order ,then requirement type field is automatically populate, but when i enter the customer materail field in purchase order data this requirement type field is fall off(disapperars).

kinldy suugest why it is happening and how to correct it and what could be the reason
