New User, quick question

As I am just receiving access to creating new part numbers for our inventory system is it possible to changing part descriptions after an item has been created?

Ex: Part "A" is a contactor w/relay Now you are notified that this is no longer available with a relay . Normally we would create a new part number for this updated part, but can the old number be updated to reflect the new item?

Hi,

Update the material in ECC with MM02 and then resend the material. This should update the changes in ME

Not sure if I got the scenario right, but could you try Change Production (SU540) to change the Item?
