exception while reading from SLD

Dear Friends,

I found following error in trace of the message to the RFC-

exception while reading from SLD:Exception in SLD client: AbapSLDRequestHandler.execEnumerateInstances(): CIM_ERR_FAILED: User credentials are invalid or user is denied access

Result of SLDAPICUST - An exception in SLD client : AbapSLDRequestHandler.ping():CIM_ERR_FAILED: User credentials are invalidor user id denied access.

Kindly suggest.

Hi,

Check if you have any user locked in SU01, including the PI* users and SLDDUSER.

And ensure you have maintained the correct password, which MUST be the same, for all the service users

on XI. You may check all the places it should be maintained, such as Exchange Profile, SU01, SLDAPICUST, etc..

And ensure also that the user has the correct role as per link below:

NLD user was locked , hence caused the issue.

The mesg clearly shows the reason.Either your login credentials invalid or not allowed to access at this time.

It seems an authorization issue. Check the authorziation for the user with BASIS team.

Hi Vishal,

In SLDAPICUST, check if the password for the user name mentioned is correct or not.

Also check the Host name and ports are correct. The Primary checkbox should be checked for the correct entry.
