Hi,
we are currently using the Add Member Task for requesting AD privileges. The Add Member Task is defined on the repository level. When such a privilege is requested, the correct job for adding the approvers is started and I can see that one pending value object is created in the database.
However, when I look at the todo tab, I can see two pending approval for the same privilege. When I approve one of the pending approvals, the other one disappears as well.
The only difference between the two pending approvals is that the first one has MX_28604 in the name field while the other one has the name of the person, who has requested the privilege, in the name field.
Has anybody come accross this issue?
Below are the values of the Pending Value object in the database:
ATTRNAME SEARCHVALUE
MSKEYVALUE MX_28064
MX_APPROVALS STATUS=WAIT!!TASK=<3682>!!AUDITID=<636780>!!APPROVER=<0>!!REASON=
MX_APPROVERS 25
MX_APPROVERS 4034
MX_ATTR_STATE 1
MX_ATTRIBUTE_NAME MXREF_MX_PRIVILEGE
MX_ATTRIBUTE_VALUE 26916
MX_ENTRY_REFERENCE 28032
MX_ENTRYTYPE MX_PENDING_VALUE
MX_MODIFY_BY 25
MX_OPERATION ADD
MX_REPOSITORYNAME AD
Best regards
Holger
Holger,
Do you have any access controls set up on the Approval Task? When we ran into the same issue, removing the access control on the task cleared it up.
Thanks,
Jared Kobe
