Can anyone advise on the best way of filtering stock types to be passed via CIF from ECC to APO - for example to exclude blocked stock, Q/I stock.

Thanks...

Hi

Filtering stock types by using user exits is one way to go. But not sure why you dont want to use the standard option.

You dont want blocked stock / QI stock to show up in your planning book and stock calculation - that is your requirement right ? If that is the case then you have to exclude the blocked stock and QI stock from the stock category group that associated with your stock on hand keyfigure. This simple config change will make sure that blocked /QI stock dont get included in your stock calculation even though they get CIF'ed to APO

Thanks

Hi

If you are filtering out certain stock types in the CIF, you might want to confirm that the Reconciliation report (/SAPAPO/CCR) still works as expected. If not, you will need a user exit to avoid seeing too many discrepancies.

Hi,

You can use the CIF User Exit CIFSTK01 to block the particular stock types ATPCAT while CIF from ECC to APO.
