Hello,

I want to change the location of the logs (.chk) of - brconnect c -f check

It is by default /oracle/SID/sapcheck

I checked initSID.sap, but could'nt find any parameter that points to /oracle/SID/sapcheck

Can someone guide me in changing the location of these log files?

Hi,

As a quick work around, you can create link between sapcheck location to your new location.

Thanks

Hello,

I created a softlink to /oraarch which has ample free space.

Thanks.

Hi Gautam,

You can do this by setting environment variable "SAPCHECK" in OS level.

Please check the sap note "556232 - Environment settings for R/3/Oracle on Windows"

Also applicable for Unix as well
