Actual Overhead Calculation - CO43 issue

Hi Experts,

While Executing the the Tcode CO43 for calculation of actual overheads , no results are getting displayed on the screen.

Also the system is showing a mesage that online processing is completed . and its showing the count of no of overheads calculated.

However the same is giving results in case of some materials / plant but is not working for all the plants.

Here we have maintained costing sheet along with overhead key and overhead group and the same is getting calculated while running CK11N.

we have also maintained overhead ratesfor both plan as well as actual.

What could be the reason for this problem. does maintaining overhead group and origin group could create any issues?

Hi All,

1. Overhead Group needs to be maintained in Material master

2. Overhead Group should be linked to Overhead Key.

3. we need to maintain a dependency for Overheads in our case Overhead Key/ Plant / Profit Centre.

4.Costing sheet should be configured (Need to maintain base / % / Credit)

5.Overhead Rates needs to be maintained via T code KK11 for each condition in costing sheet.

6.Need to check if the Profit centre / Overhead key is appearing in the product cost collector.

7.Now run the CO42 transaction for each HALB material. Overheads gets caclulated and absorbed into the product.

The same can be done for FERT material also.

If any of these are missing Overheads does not gets calculated.
