Failed CCMS agent registration in sattelite system.

Hi all,

I'm trying to register CCMSPing in order to monitor sattelite systems in our Solman (701_Rel). But I'm having difficulties for registering CCMS agent in the sattelite system( 700_Rel, ABAP stack) as it gives following message:

Please check 'SAP Note 1163719 - CCMS: Incorrect version of the JMON library' for the same EYE CATCH issue.

Ashish, as per SAP note you mentioned, it says about the CCMS agent (sapccmsr -j2ee). In my case, I'm trying to register sapccm4x ( ABAP).

Can you please download again and extract again the sapccm4x file from its package and also ensure to update the relevant libraries from the package (if there are any)?

Thanks, guys! my main purpose was to monitor our satellite systems on our Solman so I registered the ccmsping after getting the new version of CCMAgent from market place. Now it works all great.

Hello,

Please check Unicod type in system! (System->Status->SAP System

data->Unicode System  Yes/No?)

EYE CATCH error: the JMON library creates the segment with Unicode .

Then later an agent is installed, but with the other Unicode-type. Then

the agent cannot write the segment, because it has different Unicode

type. In this case, no sapccmsr.log is created, because this log can

only be created if the agent can be started.
