how to prevent user defined POWL layouts 'disappearing'

Hi,

I've spent the last few hours trawling through SDN and SCN looking for a resolution for this:

Our SRM users are creating and saving their own POWL layouts. On a regular basis, these saved layouts are disappearing, and they have to recreate them, which is starting to irritate them. (I am planning on creating some central 'default' layouts, which I know don't disappear)

As far as I am aware, we don't have any jobs running to clear them down, and we only run POWL_D01 on odd occasions if users get the u2018Query 'Shopping Carts' is already open in another sessionu2019, and only for that user.

I'm sure I've seen a document somewhere giving advice on how to prevent this, but I just can't find it.

Please can anyone help?

Someone just recently resolved a similar issue. Ask them for the note number.

Hi Vikki,

Its because of the shadowing mode. Check the note 1511267.
