Interfaces missing in list

Hi

In SXMB_MONI of my QAS system, under the Standard Selection Criteria, when I try to select the interface name under the Sender, all the interface names are not appearing. I can see only three names. Why is that so ? However, the messages from other interfaces are there in SXMB_MONI

Try running the "http://<host>:<port>/CPACache/refresh?mode=full" with the PIDIRUSER and check if the interfaces will show on RWB.

Hi,

Please check in sxi_cache if the cache contents are upto date and the interface is showing under the ID objects like Receiver Determination, Interface Determination etc.

Also, in ID, menu option Environment --> Cache Status Overview, check if all activations are successful.

Interface is activated and have you performed a cache refresh?
