Differentiate Between Two SAP from Same Desktop

Hi,

At my client place , Business is using 2 SAP, As front office and Back office, So when any support call comes , Its difficult to check with User, which system he/she is using, ( We used to ask to check client number ),

So anyway to to Differentiate SAP, at screen level ( SAP Easy screen )

In Log in it is mentioned, I need when user logged in , How he can understand which system he is using.

Hi,

On the SAP Easy Access Screen, we display a big GIF image with the company Logo and the system SID and description.

The OP is speaking about 2 different SAP abap sytems, not 2 clients of the same SAP system.

One easy way to differentiate is by maintaining two different screen colours for the two systems.
