Portal error : SRM_MDM system connection not working

Dear Experts,

I am having a high priority project running and I am facing an issue where the SRM_MDM system alias connection tests fail.

The MDM system is up and running.

I wanted to know what are all the parameters that must be filled in the system connections on the portal for the SRM_MDM alias so that the connection works fine.

Could someone help me here?

HI,

Alias parameters

system name: Your java servers SID which MDM will use

Logonmethod: SAPLOGONTICKET

ICM host name: fully qualified address of your java server

ICM protocol : http

ICM url prefix : /webdynpro/dispatcher.
