N- No Calculation Disaggregation Type

Hi Experts

We have one keyfigure and we dont want it to dis-aggregated to the lowest level, for which i have selected N No Calculation in the calculative type in the planning area.

After selecting N-No Calculation when i input any value in the key figure value is getting disappeared.Even i maintained aggregates.

please advice.

Hi,

please note that for type=N, values will be stored if

1.) You are on the lowest level of aggregation

or

2.) On the level of an aggregate

only

Example:

Your POS has Characteristics

Location = 1

Product = A

Customer = Z

You can values only if you explicitely selected all 3 characteristics or when creatin an aggregate on Location for example. In the 2nd case you need to select the location explicitely.

As suggested by Rico, there should be aggregate for ur MPOS if u use 'No Calculation Disaggregation Type' dis aggregation type.

I have used this dis-aggregation type in one of the project.
