I have web dynpro application that has 2 views. Main view opens up another view in external window. I integrated my web dynpro application with portal and everything is working great if I am using VPN or in company network. Once I access portal through internet(no VPN) my main window is fine but when I lick button onmain window to open my external window "it gives error site not found". We have reverse proxy sitting between web and ABAP AS server and my portal takes that URL for examle https://dev.mycompanyname.com. But the URL for web dynpro application is in format "http://hostname.domainname. port/sap/bc etc..so when I access external window from portal it tries to replace the part "http://http://hostname.domainname. port" with "https://dev.mycompanyname.com" and ofcourse could not findmy web dynpro page. I cannot change web dynpro URL as it is automatically created when I create web dynpro application. Is there anyway can get my reverse proxy URL? any FMs? Couls you please provide any information.
