MDM catalog images cannot be seen while shopping in SRM

Hi,

We are using SRM 5.5 with MDM 7.1.

We facing the following problem :while displaying MDM catalog items in

Hebrew, we do not see the

pictures ( images) that belong to the catalogs.

Displaying the same items in English, we CAN see the pictures.

We implemented the Note 1320382 - Images are not showed on the Search

UI , and we can see that the only "English[US]" directory was created

in the Java cache directory "c:\windows\tmp"

We had the similar problem in the past ,that was solved by upgrading the MDM server.

this is strange

as it supports hebrew officially.

anyways try a restart of the connector (Java AS) and the MDM server and see if it works (cache reload)

else i suggest to report to SAP the issue.

shalom - go to the Visual Administrator -> Select the service u201CConnector Containeru201D

use buttons on the top STOP and START (icons)
