Deleting a Shopping Cart with no follow on documents

Hi,

I have a shopping cart which is in "approved" status, but no follow on documents created due "error in transmission"

now I want to delete this shopping cart, however the delete icon is greyed out,

also at item level no delete icon appearing.

Please advise

Hi,

you are in Classic scenario, even though the PO is not create with reference SC , technically the system put the status as follow on document in error in transmission... i'll not suggest this option and dont try this option until this is very very crucial.. KEEP IN MIND IF YOU FOLLOW THIS OPTION you will not find the SC any more in the BBP_PD..it will delete from database....call se37 ansd test this FM as sequential

Hi,

Which version of SRM are you using?

Login as admin...navigate to shopping cart monitor and try deleting SC from there.
