This was the alert gernerated.Can some one please help me know what is the alert all about and how to resolve it.

SAPSYS is a sap internal user.

Evidently this is a Oracle Database Lock, but to know more about the lock and its status use select * from v$lock or ST04--->wait event analysis --> lock monitor.

Also In SM66 do you see any wp in reD?
