ARE3 process

Hai Gurus,

I could successfully create ARE3 document, but I am not able to change its document status manually.. infact its in inactive mode. its still showing the status "In process". Is it possble to change this??

I think because of this my amount from my license type is not getting reduced also??

HI

On the initial screen, select u201CA21 Create ARE-3u201D and u201C R09 Outgoing Excise Invoiceu201D, enter Excise Invoice No. and press Enter .

At Header data, click on tab, enter u201CDispatched Onu201D date & u201CRemoval Timeu201D

Click on tab & Tick Print ARE Document Check Box

Select Local excise as well as Customs dept address from Drop down list in tab.

At Detail data Click on tab, enter u201CLicense yearu201D, u201CLicense number as Internal Certificate/Licenseu201D, License item(Optional), Click on tab, enter Package Details if needed. You can enter any additional data at Header as well as Detail level in tab. Click on Check button & Click Save/ Post button.

ALSO

You can subsequently u201CPostu201D ARE3 by selecting u201CA04 Post ARE-3u201D and u201C R12 ARE3 Internal Document Numberu201D.& press Enter and at Header data, click on tab, enter u201CDispatched Onu201D date & u201CRemoval Timeu201D Click on Check button & Click Save button.

Hi

If system is showing in process means you have not posted the ARE3. Please go for POST ARE3 option and you can change the Licence if it is requiired before posting here.

Go to IMG --> Logistics General --> Tax on Goods Movement --> India -->Business Transactions -->Exports Under Excise Regulations --> Transaction Configuration --> Define Processing Modes Per Transaction

Go too the above path and maintain the activities you want to do for your T-Code J1IA103

Hai its working fine.. But license amount or license quantity is not getting reduced once ARE3 posting done.
