J2EE System Information Page - Required UME Action

We are in the process of provisioning Role to Group assignments and have run across an issue with our custom roles. The System Administrators need to the ability to access the J2EE 'System Information' page from time to time.

The only what this can be done today is to assign these users to the 'Administrators' group in the portal UME, I need a way of identifying the 'UME action' that gives this access, so that I can assign this UME action to our "Custom" roles.

Any help on this is greatly appreciated.

I think this authorization is only available in Administrator group. I check SAP note 1498779 and below is the information from this note:

However, access to the Web-based "System Information" (/monitoring/SystemInfo) requires the predefined UME role ADMINISTRATOR (J2EE_ADMIN for dual-stack installation), which allows unrestricted authorization for the system administration of AS Java. However, the administrative options of the Web-based tools are generally restricted.
