RSTXPDFT4- Pdf file is not opening

Hi,

From sales order an output 'Pick List' is being generated. The user now want to generate this output in pdf format.

What I tried doing is use SAP standard program RSTXPDFT4 to convert the spool to a pdf file.

But the problem is the downloaded pdf file is blank. The message "The Japanese Language Support Package is required to display this page properly. Under the current configuration, this resource is not available ".

In the spool there is English and Arabic text. I am not able to undertsand why this message is appearing.

Hi,

Follow the below steps to display Japanese text on adobe form.

1 . Install Japanese language pack on top of existing Adobe reader at the clients system.

2 . Place the Japanese text at required places on the adobe form.

3 . Deploy the application.

This will solve your purpose.
