/SAPSLL/IF_EX_IFEX_SD0C_R3 - Change of Packaging Data (for aggregation)

Hello,

we transfer Intercompany Invoices (IV) from ERP to GTS to create the customs declaration. This Invoices contains Packaging Data deliverd by our eWM (SCM) System. Sometimes this Packaging Data is wrong and Positions with different Handling Units cannot be aggregated.

In the Export Accompanying Document, delivered by german custom office, we have in each position a packaging information like "1. 1 CT, Karton 11091238123".

Our target ist: in each position of the Export Accompanying Document we want the same information like this: "1. 24 CT, Box - 30 Positions in 10 Boxes"

I tried different modifkations of the data in the internal tables CS_HDR_CDOC-PGE and CS_ITM_CDOC-PGE of /SAPSLL/IF_EX_IFEX_SD0C_R3~IF_EXTEND_CUS_CDOC

Any Idea?

Hello Martin,

do you create shipments for your deliveries? If so you could do packing on shipment level with your correct entries and send this data over to GTS instead of the boxes from the deliveries.

This is how we handle our pallets.

do you want to condense packaging data?

As far as i know there is a oss note which shows how to do it in GTS BadI.
