Automatic UD at storage location level

Hi,

Is it possible to use automatic UD option for a plant at storage location level.

I want to execute automatic UD for a particular storage location.

Auto UD ia available at plant level but not on the storage location level.

Hi AUG,

Yes possible but with manual trigger. Try this if works for you.

1. Go to QA16

2. Click on dynamic selection (Shift+F4)

3. Then drill down u201CInventory Managementu201D.

4. Double click on u201CStorLoc.InspLotStocku201D

5. This will open an additional input field for storage location

6. Input appropriate storage location there.

7. After selecting suitable UD code execute. You will get the information pertaining to the same storage location which you have given as input.

8. Select all entries and click on UD (background) or foreground as per your choice.

The pity is, you cannot schedule this job in background. If you wish this to execute in background as per your predefined frequency, I would suggest copy this program and create new with ABAP development. Create a variant with storage location you need. Schedule this program in background through SM37.
