COND Record has been found but not set

Former Member

Dear all,

I created a condition record today where the validity period is between 01.06.2011 to 30.06.2011

After creating the cond.record i created a sales order today.

The condition record is not fetched automatically but is getting populated after i click on the carry out new pricing.

How to rectify this problem.

Regards

Hi,

'Condition record has been found but not set' information will come in following cases:-

1> Condition record created after the pricing has been carried out in the sales order (This is not relevant in your case)

2> Pricing date of the item is not in the validity period range of condition record. This may be relevant. Please check your pricing date instead of created on date

3> Any requirements through which some exemptions would've been set for the condition (Either in pricing procedure or in access sequence)

Please explore these possibilities and revert.

The Analysis button shows that Condition record has been found but not set

What can be the reason

Dear Bob,

Check whether you have any REQUIREMENT in the pricing procedure against this condition type.

If No, then check whether there are records for this condition type in multiple access (with no exclusion indicator ) in the access sequence.

Read OSS note 1460297 - Message VE108 in pricing analysis for a sales document. Per this note the causes are due to,

The condition was deleted manually in the item condition screen.

The condition record was created after the order.

In billing (or when copying orders), certain condition types were not determined in the source document.

Pricing Type in copy control is not suitable.

Wrong coding in USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMK + TKOMP.

In condition type, scale is set, but in condition record, there aren't any scales.

And the remedy is

Carry out a new pricing either by:

Going to Edit -> New Pricing Document in the overview screen.

Clicking on 'Update' in the item conditions screen and selecting a sufficient pricing type.

Triggering the function module PRICING_COMPLETE by switching to the header condition screen or by saving the document.

The requirement is 2 and there are records in multiple accesses in this access sequence since the requirement is such that we have to maintain records in the following condition tables

Table 404

Table 960-Material/Region/Plant

Table 142

Hi,

Please check, the pricing type is maintained as "Carry out new pricing" in t-code V/08 (Pricing Procedure).

If it is maintained, then remove it and check and confirm.

In condition tab, cick the Analysis button and see why it was not flowing automatically. This is assuming that the condition type is not manual condition.

thanks
