attachment missing after posting a parked FI document on SAP

Hello Team ,

we are using Livelink to store the documents attached on SAP .

There is a strange issue where in PDF files attached for a parked document goes missing after its been posted.

Also , this has been happening for few users and not all.

Not sure if this could be authorization issue.

Please assist if you have any clue on this.

Verify incase any of these users are part of user groups assigned to Profiles(if maintained). For verification, navigate to IMG > CA components > DMS > General Data > Define Profile > Assign user groups/user to the profile

If the above holds true,then view details under 'Determine definitions for applications' and share the entries that you have been maintained so that we may investigate further.

Are You using profiles for users? If yes issue may be related to profiles
