Handlin Unit Assignment

I have a handling unit assigned to a shipment (Status: LOAD PHEX WHSE)

Customer calls to ship the one pallet (handling unit) to a new location which is on another delivery and shipment

What is the best method to remove the handling unit from existing shipment?

Assign the handling unit to new delivery and load to new shipment

Shipping location is WM-HU managed

Use VLSP to split the pallets.

Enter the Delivery and split profile as 0003.

Then after execute, you will see the list of HUS and items below that.

Select the pallet you want to split and don't forget to select the item which is packed inside that HU.

If you don't select the item, then it will move only the HU and not the item

Then do Simulate Split. It will show you the HU below with the item. Then click Save split and an outbound delivery will be created for that HU.

Then you can assign the delivery to a new shipment. Normally the delivery will be assigned to the old shipment. So unassign from the old shipment and assign it to a new one.
