SOS automatically in the Shopping cart

HI ,Experts :

I work in SRM 7.0 SP 09 ECS

I create the contract in SRM and distibute it to backend ysstem .Then I create the PR without supplier ,and run the Program :BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER ,Sometime ,I can find the contract in the "carry out sourcing " of SC .So I am confused that how assign the contract automatically to the SC .What can I do if I don't want that ?

Hi Alex,

How is the product category associated with the document designated in the customizing for 'Control of sourcing for product category'? i.e. is the PCAT set for 'Sourcing carried out for items without assigned source'?

Hi Alex,

If you set a category, or in your case all categories, as carry out sourcing, the system is under the impression that all requirements will be assigned a valid SOS in the sourcing cockpit, so no automatic assignment is performed, best to set them as only valid for sourcing if no SOS exists, in this way if a contract or other SOS is already assigned, the items will not goto sourcing but directly create a Proc Doc.
